MacLaren Dichroic Glass Jewelry is all individually handcrafted by Nancy MacLaren at her studio in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Dichroic glass is made with many layers of thin metal oxides. The glass is called "di" because it transmits one color while reflecting a second color. The use of dichroic glass in Nancy's jewelry gives them depth, sparkle and interest.
